You’ll Need:

1 crusty loaf, ideally sourdough or Vienna
three/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (or different melting cheese)
GARLIC BUTTER
100 g /three. five ounces / 7 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 big garlic cloves, minced
3/four tsp salt
1 tbsp clean parsley, finely chopped

How to Make:

  • Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
