Fixings 

US Standard - Metric 

For the cured onions (discretionary) 

  • 2 medium red onions, daintily cut 
  • 5 containers bubbling water 
  • 1 container rice vinegar 
  • 1 tsp sugar 


For the vinaigrette 

  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 4 tbsp red wine vinegar 
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 shallot, minced 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp newly broken dark pepper 
  • 1 tsp dried oregano 


For the plate of mixed greens 

  • 2 extensive English cucumbers, cut into thin adjusts 
  • 2 avocados, ready, yet firm 
  • 1/2 glass casero cheddar, (or feta), disintegrated 





Guidelines 

For the salted onions 

  1. Heat around some water to the point of boiling. In the meantime, strip and daintily cut the red onion. 
  2. Blend the rice vinegar with the sugar in a medium container or bowl. Put aside. 
  3. Place the cut onions in a fine work strainer and gradually pour the bubbled water over the onions. Enable the water to completely deplete before exchanging them to the holder with the vinegar. Blend delicately and enable onions to rest for no less than 30 minutes to medium-term. Keep put away in the fridge until prepared to utilize. 


For the vinaigrette

For the Plate of mixed greens
