- 1 can Chickpeas, 400ml/15oz
- 1 Lemon, squeezed
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds, ground
- 2 cloves Garlic, squashed
- ¼ Tsp Cayenne pepper
- ¼ Tsp Turmeric
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- ¼ Tsp Cumin
MEDERTARIANAN Serving of mixed greens
- 16 Basil leaves
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
- 2″ Cucumber, diced
- ½ Avocado, diced
- 10 Dark Olives, divided
- 1 cut Red Onion, diced
- 1 tsp dried Thyme
- 2 tbsp Olive oil, discretionary
