You’ll Need:

7oz/200g Pasta of decision (here I use Linguine)
1/2 glass/2-3 stored tbsp Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
1/3 glass/80ml Dull Pasta Water, or as required
squeeze of Bean stew Drops (discretionary)
Salt and Dark Pepper, to taste
Enhancement
Shaved Parmesan
Pine Nuts, toasted whenever wanted
Little Basil Leaves 

How to Make:

  1. Cook your pasta in salted bubbling water until still somewhat firm, saving some dull water. 
  2. Channel and spot pasta in a bowl with 1/2 glass/2-3 stacked tbsp pesto and bean stew drops if utilizing. 
  3. Hurl through 1/3 glass/80ml dull pasta water (or until you get to your ideal surface). Present with additional basil, pine nuts and parmesan
